Launch the media gallery 1 playerThis quarter, the eighth-grade science class researched a planet of their interest. With this information, the students designed a 3D model of an alien that could live on the planet they have chosen to research. They needed to consider all of the information they have learned about the planet to create an alien who would be able to survive on that planet. The students also created a passport for their alien’s journey to earth with information about their home planet and how each alien was equipped to live on their home planet. They will complete the astronomy unit with lessons about stars and galaxies. -Ms. Dunekacke-Hamm
