Paperless Board Meetings

In an effort to be more transparent and fiscally responsible, Southern Public Schools will start to utilize paperless board Meetings through Sparq Data Solutions at the January board meeting. Through Sparq Data Solutions, everyone will now have the option to subscribe to stay up-to-date with Southern school board meetings, agendas, and minutes. The first official agenda will be available to the public on Thursday, January 4, 2018. Here is Southern Public Schools paperless board meetings link and it can also be found on the district website under the District tab.
