Southern 2nd graders enjoyed an educational field trip to Arbor Day Farm in Nebraska City. Students learned about apple trees and the important role bees play as pollinators in apple orchards. They learned how to make apple cider and even got to taste some. They burned off some energy at the ropes course in the Tree House Adventure.
