Students in composition class have been hard at work learning how to write an essay in APA Citation style. APA stands for American Psychological Association and this citation style is commonly used in health fields, sciences, social sciences, education, and psychology. They were required to choose a topic of their choice from one of these areas of study. They definitely got creative, as topics range from serial killers to social anxiety to heteronormativity. Students will likely be required to use this citation style in college at some point, depending on their majors, so practicing this style is a great way to prepare them for college-level writing.
