Teaching Experience: Employed as Southern's band director from August 1986, to present
Education Background: Bachelors of Music Education, University of Nebraska-Lincoln, May 1986, graduate courses from Vandercook School of Music, University of Nebraska-Kearney, Peru College, University of Northern Colorado, working on a Masters in Curriculum & Education from Doane College.
Favorite Thing About Teaching: Starting students on a band instrument in the 5th grade and being able to work with them for 8 years and see how they have grown into great musicians.
