Every day at school we learn something new. This past quarter, the third graders have been concentrating on strategies that will help us succeed with our upcoming testing schedule.
Learning testing techniques to use and trying not to stress about the test. Getting good sleep, eating well and taking a deep breath and staying positive can be very helpful.
We’ve also had some fun learning activities too. We spent time learning about Abraham Lincoln and George Washington. We also created acrostic poems. The science guys visited and taught us about air pressure which went along well with our weather unit in science.
Hopefully, warm weather will soon be here.
