Weight training Classes

The weight training classes do several tests over the school year to track their progress. At the beginning of the year, they get weight lifting max's for bench press, squat and hang cleans. They will also do a vertical and broad jump test plus get their body fat percentage.
These tests were given the first week of school and at the end of the 1st quarter. The sports boosters purchased a record board that we use to keep track of the all these tests. The board shows the all-time leader and the current top five in the school. The board serves as a great motivator because it is displayed in the gym and all the kids want to be on it.
