We NEED you! Youth As Resources is a new group that is being developed by a partnership with 4-H and Gage County MAPS Coalition. We need 10-15 youth, ages 15-18, who would like to develop their leadership skills. Group members will have the opportunity to mentor to Beatrice 7th grade students, complete service learning projects within the community and be involved in planning a youth leadership conference in the spring! This is an awesome way to build on your 4-H portfolio and help your community and other youth! Sign up at the extension office today at 223-1384. Our first meeting will be held on September 25th at 9:00 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. at the 429 Factory (923 W. Court, Beatrice) Come for the donuts, prepare to have fun.
