You will not wear what you wore to school.  Please keep these clothes clean.  Proper clothing includes gym shorts or sweats, t-shirt, pair of socks, and a pair of shoes.

No candy or gum in class.

You may take a shower if you choose, but you still need to be dressed and on time to your next class.

You may wait in the gym after class.  There will be no leaving the gym for any reason.

You are expected to be on time, prepared, and bring a positive attitude.  Rude and Disrespectful behavior such as inappropriate language and fighting WILL affect your grade.  Being prepared means when class starts you are ready to begin.  Things such as using the bathroom and getting a drink need to be taken care of before class starts.

Treat others the way you wish to be treated.

When class is over you may sit in the gym.  Do not leave the gym without permission.

Schedule:  We will meet in the gym everyday for stretching and a warm up activity.  You will spend a minimum of four days in the weight room per week.  The other day will be a fitness day.

Grading: You can earn five points daily, with quiz grades, skill tests, and semester test factored in.

2 points for behavior- 2 points for having proper attire- 1 point for being on time

-If you do not do your assigned workout, you may lose all 5 points for that day.
