The Lincoln Journal Star-ASAP/Union Bank and Trust "We Have Money to Learn" Scholarship application is available on line. However, the student must send the completed application to Franny Madsen with a verification signature from the school and a release signature from the parents and an essay and a picture. You have to be planning to attend a Nebraska school to be eligible. Awarding will begin the week of November 23 and continue one a week until May 2, 2004. Only one application per student is necessary and will be in the pool continuously.
